While Falcom are a more niche team then most other JRPG developers, they still manage to make some all-round amazing games that are enjoyable. Recently their titles, both new ones and older ones, are slowly coming out in english more and more. After a two years wait, Tokyo Xanadu, a recent title they developed, was released on the PS Vita in English. The PS4 version is to be released later in the year. This review will focus on the Vita version, but once the PS4 version releases and I have finished all the new content, I will add an extra section down the bottom that will give my opinions and thoughts on the changes, additions and overall package of the PS4 edition. Japan has all kinds of unique and amazing foods in all kinds of types and sizes, from small snacks up to full sized meals and such. While I was in Japan I had the chance to try a few different Japanese products including western food with a Japanese spin on it. Here are my recommendations. Savoury Food Kobe beef and side dishes makes for a delicious and filling meal. GoGo Curry: An amazing curry at a great price ($7-$10 depending on size) that will have you coming back for more. I visited this place often when there as the curry there is so delicious. Yoshinoya / Nakau: Beef bowls, Japanese curry, various noodles and soups, karaage (fried chicken) and many more delicious menu items can be purchased at these, all at a modest price. Takoyaki: Fried Octopus and batter rolled up into a ball to make one popular delicious snack. As much as Japan has thrust into the future and strives to be one of the most competitive countries, when it comes to science and technological advancements, it is still by and far a country that still carries its culture and traditions into the 21st century. Festivals and parades are still carried out in Japan, with hundreds of people from all over the world coming to see them. Japanese festivals, known as a Matsuri, are still prevalent in modern day Japan. I myself was able to have a look at both the Kanda Myojin Matsuri and Asakusa Sanja Matsuri.  Kanja Myojin Matsuri is a two day festival always held on a Saturday and Sunday, with constant parades being held throughout the festival. Asakusa Sanja Matsuri starts on a Friday with an initial parade and two shrine dances, intended for prosperity and a great harvest, with further parades on the following Saturday and Sunday. It just wouldn't be a Japanese festival without dozens of food and souvenir stalls...

Capcom and Sega are both very popular video game companies in Japan with both having multiple video games franchises that sell millions while also having a ton of merchandise, pop culture and special events that are even more popular. Recently I had the chance to attend both Joypolis (Sega theme park on the man-made island of Odaiba) and the Capcom Bar (based in Shinjuku). Unfortunately the Capcom Cafe was a little far out for me to attend (over an hour return trip to get to). Capcom Bar A staff member brought out two PW figurines and even put on the original GBA music for the series to. This is honestly one of the best gaming themed cafe/bars I went to in Japan. The staff were very friendly and knew enough english to discuss a bit of Phoenix Wright with me. They have a ton of Capcom merchandise and rare items around (some for sale, some purely for display) while the venue itself has music playing from various Capcom games, and even consoles setup with games you can play....

A short distance from the hotel I was staying at in Tokyo, is the massive Tokyo Skytree Tower. Nestled within the area is a surprisingly big area full of shops, cafes and all kinds of stores. There was also a 20th Anniversary Parappa the Rapper cafe and merch store being run as well. I was able to check out both to enjoy a nice lunch and pick up some cool merchandise too.   Nicely presented Parappa themed menu items which taste as good as they looked. Parappa Sandwich: While you may think it's just a simple sandwich it actually was amazing. The chicken was done very well and the vegetables with it amounted to one of the best sandwiches I ever had. Sunny Funny Egg Muffin: Nicely cooked egg with a great amount of yolk with some extra toppings including ham slices cut into flower petals and a side of fries to  PJ Peanut Butter and Chocolate: A nice sundae style dessert with a good mixture of peanut and chocolate with a cornflake base at the bottom of the cup. ...

Despite a bit of language difficulty with trying to get tickets, I was still able to get tickets so I could attend both the Eorzea Cafe and the Square Enix / Nier cafe, as well as the Square Enix Bar. All the places are easy to get to and all of them were a highly enjoyable experience that I will definitely visit again next time! Final Fantasy XIV Eorzea Cafe Every menu item at Eorzea is themed on towns and events in game and taste as good as they look! Hamburger: The sauce and the hamburger blended together to make a highly delicious meal with the sides being a very nice addition. Summoner Drink: Sweet without being overpowering but overall an excellent fruity taste. I will order the alcoholic version next visit. Square Enix Bar Square Enix Artnia offers a more classier style setup with a very professional and classy setup. Potion: A sweet blend reminiscent of honey and well presented.
